No, the movements of this houseboat are rare and hardly noticeable.

The electric energy for your rooms comes from solar pannels. And the additional electricity we are supplied with from the grid is "green"!

We have a central heating system, the same as used in houses, even at sub zero temperatures the apartment is very warm and comfortable.

Within reason when you would like it. Somewhere between 8 and 10.15. We bring it into the wheelhouse. Everything is fresh and organic, only the croisants are oldfashioned and dangerously tasteful. There is also a fridge with some local beers and mineral water ready for you (on the house).

(Public) transport?
A busstop is less than 100 metres away, (bus nr 45, two stops to/from central station), but we have bikes as well and you can walk to central station in 10 minutes. From there on you can catch all trams, busses, trains and the metro. The train to/from Schiphol airport takes about 22 minutes and a taxi does it in the same time, it costs around 30 euro.
Parking your car is rather expensive, the solution: parking your car, 2 minutes walking from our location, but make a reservation 24 hours in advance!

Normally from 13.00 hours, but if we have had no other guests the previous day, earlier is possible. And as late as you like. You can always drop of your lugage earlier, if that suits you.

11.00 o'clock, but again, most of the time it is possible to leave your luggage and pick it up later during the day.
